To process a trade we may collect your name, phone number, email address, bank account details for payouts, and the public wallet address you send crypto from or receive crypto to.
We never ask for and never store your private keys, seed phrases, or account passwords for any external wallet or exchange.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to quote rates, complete settlements, meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention and security
Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Nigerian financial regulations, then securely deleted.
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect the data we hold against unauthorised access.
