These terms govern your use of Kryptmania's services. By requesting a quote or completing a trade with us, you agree to the terms below.
Our service
Kryptmania is a liquidity provider that facilitates the exchange of supported digital assets for Nigerian Naira, and vice versa, at rates agreed with you at the time of each trade.
Trades are arranged through our published contact channels, including WhatsApp. We are not a custodial wallet or a savings platform.
Rates and rate locks
Rates are quoted per transaction and reflect market conditions at the time of quoting. Once you accept a quote, that rate is locked for the window communicated to you by our agent.
If the transfer is not completed within the agreed window, the rate may be re-quoted.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses and bank details. Transfers made to an incorrect address you supplied cannot be reversed.
You confirm that the funds and assets you trade are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from network delays outside our control, incorrect details supplied by you, or market movements after a rate window has expired.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
